The short version: some links on this site make us a few cents if you buy something. Here's the whole story.

This page exists because the Federal Trade Commission requires it, and because we'd rather just tell you directly than have you wonder.
Some of the links on I'll Ask For It are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price is the same whether you use our link or type in the address yourself.
I'll Ask For It is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
It doesn't. Every opinion on this Site was formed before any affiliate link was ever attached to it. We link to things we'd recommend anyway, add a tracking tag to the link, and if you happen to buy one, we get a few cents. Nobody pays us to say something is good. Nobody sends us free stuff in exchange for coverage. If we ever change that policy, we'll update this page.
Not every page on this Site contains affiliate links. Where they do appear, they're typically in list-style or gift-guide content — the kind of page where "here's a thing you could buy" is naturally part of the format. Opinion pieces, articles, and rankings without a natural product tie-in generally don't include them.
This Site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and how pages are used. See our Privacy Policy for details on what that involves.
If you have questions about this disclosure, you can reach us through the contact information listed on the About page.
